Mission Statement:

We aim to produce all forms of media content and materials required by DSA members in order for the chapter to raise awareness, inform the public of news and events, expand membership, provide branding and merchandise, support internal campaigns, and spread our messages of economic and social justice across all media platforms to become a driving force behind positive change.

Strategy:

A clear and unified (coherent & cohesive) messaging operation is the strongest arm of an organization for sharing and spreading effective communications.  Media saturation creates an environment of gradual exposure to new ideas and beliefs that influence the zeitgeist to enact sociopolitical agendas.

This includes managing social media outlets; producing print materials such as pamphlets, business cards, and flyers for distribution and tabling; designing graphic visualizations and composing copy to disseminate information; and providing any content required by internal campaigns to support their needs for achieving their public awareness and activist objectives.
